This patient in her 30s was always bothered by the width of the tip of her nose and her dorsal hump. Her nose was also ptotic (droop). She underwent a rhinoplasty with Dr. Guy where she had a 3 mm hump reduction, cephalic trim, tongue in groove to help lift the nose and deproject it, intra and interdomal sutures to narrow the tip, and lateral osteotomies to narrow the width of the nose. In her after photo you can see how much smaller her nose and more feminine. She is 3 months out so she will get further refinement of her tip over the course of the year as her swelling continues to go down.
