Consultation Day

To better help prepare you for our consultation, the following information has been provided.  As is customary for professional advice, there is a nominal consultation fee that is credited towards any treatment you undergo.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted promptly by a member of our courteous staff.  If you have yet to complete your paperwork online via our patient portal, you will be provided with the required documents to fill out.  While you wait, you are welcome to enjoy any of the refreshments from our coffee bar.

You will then be taken to our photo room where a series of photographs will be taken.  This is designed to help provide a reference for both your before and after photos as well as to help guide us with what areas concern you.  Since it is impossible for anyone to see certain angles of the face without a camera, this can often be an eye-opening experience.

Following the photos you will be seen in our state-of-the-art consultation room complete with a large screen and photo morphing technology to show you what are mutual goals with surgery may be.  Once the surgical options have been discussed and your questions thoroughly answered, you will finish your consultation with our patient care coordinator Roberta who will help you with scheduling and to answer any administrative questions you may have.
