This teenager had been bothered by the size of her nose. It wasn’t proportional to the rest of her face. She underwent a rhinoplasty with Dr. Guy involving a 3 mm hump removal, trimming of the medial aspect of the upper lateral cartilages to narrow the dorsum, cephalic trim, inter and intradomal sutures to narrow and refine the tip, and lateral osteotomies to narrow the width of the nose. In the after photos you can appreciate her hump is gone, her nose is narrowed, she breathes great, and the overall nose is much more balance to her face.
