This patient in her 20s was bothered by the width of her nose and her dorsal hump. Dr. Guy performed a hump reduction of 2 mm, trimmed the width of her upper lateral cartilages on her dorsum to narrow the dorsum of the nose, and performed Weir incisions to narrow the base and lateral osteotomies to narrow the width of the nose. In the after photo you can see how her nose has been narrowed but still looks natural.
