Rhinoplasty Case 13

Gender
Female

Description

This patient in her late 30s was bothered by her nose. She felt it was too masculine from the hump and too wide. She underwent a rhinoplasty including 4 mm hump removal, cephalic trim, complete transfixion incision to deproject her nose, tongue in groove to improve rotation of her nose, INTRA and INTERdomal sutures to help narrow the tip, and lateral osteotomies. She also underwent a septoplasty and partial resection of her inferior turbinates to improve her breathing. She is 5 months out from her surgery in the after photos. You can see how much the esthetics have improved on her nose and her breathing has never been better.
