Description

This patient in her mid 20s was bothered by her dorsal hump. On exam she has a classic tension nose. She underwent a 2.25 mm dorsal hump removal, complete transfixion incision to help deproject the nose, trimming of the anterior and posterior septal angles and the nasal spine, and lateral osteotomies. In the after photo you can see a more feminine profile.
