This patient in her later 40s wanted a fuller lip. She had tried fillers but they didn’t last and to get the volume she wanted created a ducky look. She underwent an upper lip bull horn lip lift in the office under local anesthetic. In the after photo you can see the added volume to her lip but still with a normal appearance. She is quite pleased.
