This patient in her late 60s had noticed her lips seeming to get smaller with age, a true statement. She underwent an upper bull horn style lip lift and lower lip direct lip lift to restore her volume from her youth. This surgery was performed in the office under local anesthesia. In the after photo you can see the natural volume restored.
