This patient in her 70s has felt that her upper lip has gotten smaller with age, and she is correct. That is a natural part of the aging process. She underwent an upper lip lift via a bull horn type incision just below the nose as well as a lower lip direct lip advancement. She wanted a conservative improvement. You can barely see the incisions in the after photo and you can see some nice added volume to her lips.
