This patient in his 70s had a previous lifestyle lift without much improvement in his neck. He was also bothered by the lower eyelids and the heaviness of his eyebrows. Given the amount of skin laxity present in his neck, a direct neck lift was recommended. You can see in the after photo how all of the hanging skin that used to be in his neck is now gone. For the brows, because he had deeper forehead creases, a mid-forehead lift was also performed. Finally, to address the bags below his eyes a lower eyelid surgery was performed.
