This gentleman in his early 70s was bothered by his turkey waddle and the heaviness of his upper eyelids. He wanted minimal downtime away from his golf game. He elected for the direct neck lift which involves an incision on the front of the neck. This can be an excellent option as it has less downtime than a traditional approach.
