Rhinoplasty Case 11

Gender
Female

Description

This patient in her 40s was bothered by the width of her nose as well as a slight hump. She wanted a slight hump removal and to improve her breathing and asymmetry. She underwent a rhinoplasty involving a septoplasty and partial resection of the inferior turbinates to improve breathing. Cosmetically she had 2 mm hump reduction as well as a right INTRAdomal suture and right medial crura suture to improve her asymmetry, and auto spreader grafts to maintain her breathing. In the after photo you can see the subtle changes with improved profile straightness, narrowing of her tip, and her nostrils are now more symmetric as well. Her breathing is also excellent.
