Gender
Female

Description

This patient in her 20s was bothered by the overall size of her nose. She underwent a rhinoplasty removing 3 mm of dorsal hump, complete transfixion to deproject the nose, trimming of the anterior and posterior septal angles to help with projection, trim the nasal spine to help with the subnasale area, cephalic trim along with INTRA and INTERdomal sutures to help the width of the lower lateral cartilages and tip, and finally lateral osteotomies. In the after photo you can see how her nose is a much better fit for her face and more feminine appearing.
