Description
This patient in her 20s was bothered by her hump and tip width. She wanted refinement of both. Dr. Guy took down a 2.25 mm dorsal hump, placed a left spreader graft for nasal support, refined the tip with intra and interdomal sutures, deprojected the nose slightly with a complete transfixion incision, and performed lateral osteotomies to close an open roof. In the after photo you can see how her side profile no longer shows a hump and how her tip is narrowed from the worm’s eye view.
