Rhinoplasty Case 11

Gender
Female
Age
30's

Description

This patient in her later 30s was always bothered by the size of the tip of her nose as well as the drooping appearance. To help soften the appearance she underwent a slight takedown of her dorsum with the placement of bilateral spreader grafts (helps the side profile), cephalic trim leaving a complete strip(removes fullness of the top of the tip), interdomal and intradomal sutures (helps narrow the nasal tip), a columellar strut graft (helps to improve rotation of her nose so it isn’t as droopy), and lateral osteotomies to help with some of the width of her mid vault. In the after photo, she is two years out from her surgery.
