This patient in her early 30s was bothered by the masculine appearance of her nose. She was especially bothered by her profile. We performed a composite resection of the dorsal hump (meaning we removed both bone and cartilage) to improve the height of the nose, a cephalic trim (trimming the top of the lower lateral cartilages in the area of the tip) to improve the definition of the nasal tip, INTRAdomal sutures to further refine the nasal tip, INTERdomal sutures to narrow the nasal tip, and lateral osteotomies to narrow the width of the nose.
