This patient in her 60’s is 5 months weeks out following a neck lift. The area that concerned her the most was the wrinkled and crepey appearing skin on the front of her neck. Her neckbands also bothered her which are the thicker lines just outside of the more wrinkled skin. In the after photo, you can see how smooth her neck appears, and she is thrilled. Performing an isolated necklift is not always possible, but in this case, it was all she needed as her jowls and the rest of her face did not need a lift.
