This patient in her early 60s was bothered by the heaviness of her brows. They were creating an angry face. She could raise her brows up with her forehead muscle but this created forehead wrinkles. Therefore, we treated her with an endoscopic brow lift. This utilizes four little access holes within the hairline and surgically raises the eyebrow. You can see in the after photo was taken at 6 months postoperatively how much more open her eyes are, even though the eyelids themselves were not changed. This shows what a brow lift can accomplish with minimal downtime
