This patient in her later 60s was bothered by her jowls and sagging neck as well as the area around her eyes. She underwent a lower facelift involving the neck and cheek with a platysmal myectomy, temporal brow lift to help raise the outer corners of the brows, and an upper and lower blepharoplasty. In the after photos you can see how her skin looks more youthful, the sags are gone, and her eyes look more awake and inviting.
