Description

This patient in her 60s had very heavy upper eyelids and noticeably sagging lower eyelids. She underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty with removal of fat and skin. In the after photo you can see how much more open her eyes appear and how much more youthful and better contoured the lower eyelids are.
