Description

This patient in her 30s underwent rhinoplasty with Dr. Guy.  This included removing a dorsal hump, lifting the droopy tip of the nose with a tongue in groove technique, narrowing the tip of the nose with sutures, and lateral osteotomies to narrow the width of the nasal bones.
