Rhinoplasty Case 1

Gender
Female

Description

This patient in her later 40s was bothered by her nose. She had a dorsal hump and felt the nose was too wide. Dr. Guy performed a rhinoplasty including removing 2 mm of a dorsal hump, cephalic trim combined with INTRA and INTERdomal sutures to narrow the tip, trimming of the medial upper lateral cartilage to improve the dorsal width, crushed cartilage over the dorsum, and lateral osteotomies. The after photos are taken six months post operatively. From the various views you can see how her dorsal hump is gone and the overall size of the nose has been reduced. Most importantly she still breathes excellently and her nose doesn’t have an operated on appearance.
