Rhinoplasty Case 2

Gender
Female

Description

This patient in her 30s was bothered by the size of her nose, the deviation of her nose, and the hump of her nose. It was also ptotic or droopy. Dr. Guy performed a hump reduction, narrowed the tip with a cephalic trim and INTRA and INTERdomal sutures, a left spreader graft with clocking sutures to straighten the nose, and a tongue in groove to help lift the tip. The base was also narrowed with Weir incisions. The after photos are 4 months out form surgery. The tip is still a little swollen which will continue to improve through a year.
