This patient in her early 40s was bothered by the width of her nose and nasal tip. She felt it didn’t fit her face. Dr. Guy performed a rhinoplasty which included a cephalic trim, INTRA and INTERdomal sutures, trimming of the medial aspect of the upper lateral cartilages, and lateral osteotomies. In the after photo taken 6 months post operatively you can see how the overall width of her nose and tip have been improved.
