Description
This patient in her 60s was always bothered by the tip of her nose. She felt it was just too big. Dr. Guy performed a tip plasty which is less extensive than a full rhinoplasty. It included a cephalic trim, INTRA and INTERdomal sutures, and Weir incisions to narrow the nasal base. In the after photos, especially the worm’s eye view and bird’s eye view you can really appreciate how much more refined and balanced her nasal tip is with the rest of her face.
