This patient in her 20s did not like the tip of her nose. She felt it was too long and wide and out of proportion to her face. Dr. Guy performed a rhinoplasty including a cephalic trim, trimming of the anterior septal angle and slight supratip fullness, INTRA and INTERdomal sutures, and a complete transfixion incision to help deproject the nose. In the after photos you can see how much more refinement she has to her nasal tip and how it is not in proportion to the rest of her face.
