Description
This gentleman in his mid 30s had been bothered by his nasal tip. He felt it was too prominent. He wanted it improved upon. Dr. Guy performed a tip plasty to address his concerns. This included a tongue in groove technique to help elevate the nasal tip, a cephalic trim to help contour the top part and sides of the nasal tip to provide a smooth transition to the middle third of the nose, and INTRAdomal sutures to narrow the nasal tip. In the after photo you can see how the harsh angles he had on his nasal tip are no longer present and he has a smooth transition between the tip and the rest of the nose. The tip of the nose is also slightly elevated. He is 3 months out in his after photo and loving his result.
