Facelift and Neck Lift Case 71

Gender
Female
Age
50's

Description

This patient in her 50s is 12 weeks following a revision rhytidectomy (facelift). She had undergone her first facelift approximately 7 years earlier by another surgeon. She unfortunately developed one of the tell-tale signs of a facelift after her first surgery, namely, a pixie ear deformity where the earlobe is pulled down the face. Notice in the after photo how her earlobe is in a much more natural position yet the patient retains a completely natural look. The lower eyelids were also rejuvenated using an external incision which is essentially invisible this soon after surgery. The patient has been very pleased with her results.
