This patient in her 50s originally presented to have a lower eyelid surgery. She was thrilled with those results and then she wanted to have her face addressed. She was bothered by her jowls and hanging neck skin. To address this, we performed a cheek and neck lift from a posterior approach (no incisions below the chin). Her after photo is 7 months out from her procedure. You can notice how much better her jawline is defined and her neck no longer has the lax, hanging skin.
