This patient in her early 60s was bothered most by her profile including her neck and jowls.  She also felt her lower eyelids looked tired and her skin was not its best.  Dr. Guy performed a deep plane cheek and neck lift with platysmal myectomy, platysmaplasty, buccal fat removal, lower blepharoplasty, and fractionated CO2 laser around her mouth.  In her after photos you can see how her jaw line is snatched, her neck is tight but not overdone, her eyes look more awake, and the lines around her mouth are improved.
