This patient in her late 50s had a previous facelift about 16 years prior. After that much time it is common for the signs of aging to show again. Dr. Guy performed a deep plane cheek/neck lift (lower facelift) with deep neck contouring (removal of post platysmal fat and debulking of the digastric muscles), and removal of excess buccal fat. In the after photos look how much more youthful she appears with a clean jaw line and amazing neck line. She is clearly very pleased.
