This patient in his early 70s wanted to look as young as he felt. He was bothered most by his neck and jowls. Dr. Guy performed a deep plane cheek and neck lift (lower facelift) with a platysmal myectomy and platysmaplasty to address his large platysmal band. In the after photos look how much more youthful he looks but still completely natural and unoperated.
