This patient in her early 50s was bothered by her neck and jowls. Dr. Guy performed a deep plane cheek and neck lift (lower facelift) with deep neck contouring. This included removal of pre and post platysmal fat, platysmal myectomy, and platysmaplasty. The after photo is 4 months out from surgery and you can see how great everything looks. Needless to say she is ecstatic with her results.
