This patient in her mid 60s was bothered by her jowls. On exam she didn’t have much central neck laxity or fullness so Dr. Guy performed a deep plane cheek and neck lift from the lateral approach only along with a temporal brow lift and buccal fat contouring. In the after photos you can see how much her jowls have improved and how open her eyes are despite the fact an eyelid surgery wasn’t done. You can see what a difference a brow lift can make for the right patient.
