This patient in her late 60s was bothered by sagging neck and jowls with an indistinct jaw line. Dr. Guy performed a deep plane cheek and neck lift with removal of excess buccal fat, platysmal myectomy and platysmaplasty. Additionally, a temporal brow lift was performed. In the after photos taken 6 months post operative you can see how smooth her jawline is and how her neck no longer sags. Her eyes also look more approachable and kinder because the browlift took away the downturn, sad appearance.
