This patient in her late 60s was bothered by her neck and jowls. Dr. Guy performed a deep plane cheek and neck lift. This included deep space neck contouring with removal of post platysmal fat, platysmal myectomy and platysmaplasty, and removal of preplatysmal fat in the lateral neck. In the after photo you can see how sculpting of her neck has provided such a huge benefit. Although her weight remained constant, she appears to have lost a substantial amount of weight because of Dr. Guy’s lift.
