Facelift and Neck Lift Case 23

Gender
Female

Description

This patient in her early 40s was bothered by her neck area. No matter how much exercise she did she always felt she had more of a double chin. This had persisted since she was a child. Dr. Guy performed a submentoplasty. This is a deep neck structural treatment that involves removing excess fat tissue and contouring the muscles. It is performed through a small incision just below the chin without any incisions near the ears or hairline. In the after photo you can see how much improvement she had in her neckline. This procedure has minimal downtime and can be excellent for younger patients who don’t have laxity of the skin.
