This patient in her 50s was bothered most by her neck and jowls as well as her lower eyelids. Dr. Guy performed a lower blepharoplasty and a deep plane lower facelift. This included liposuction to the lateral neck and a platysmaplasty. In the after photos 8 months post operatively you can see how her neck and jawlines have improved and how her eyes look more awake.
