This patient in her 60s presented for the aging face. She felt her eyes were heavy as was her jowls and neck, despite recent weight loss. Dr. Guy performed a cheek and neck lift with liposuction and platysmaplasty, temporal brow lift, and upper eyelid surgery. In the after photos you can see how her eyes are more open and her neck and jawline are much better defined. She easily looks 10 years younger.
