This patient in her mid 50s was bothered most by her neck. Dr. Guy performed a deep plane facelift including structural neck lift with removal of post platysmal fat and platysmaplasty. Post operatively she had a full face CO2 laser to improve the quality and texture of her skin. In her post operative photos taken 8 months after surgery you can see her smooth jawline, the amazing neck angle, and the platysmal bands being gone.
