This patient in her 70s was bothered by her neck and jowls. Dr. Guy performed a cheek and neck lift (lower facelift) utilizing the deep plane technique with a platysmaplasty and removal of post platysmal fat. In the after photo taken 5 months post operatively you can see how defined her jaw line and neck line are.
