This patient in her early 60s was bothered by her jowls. She had a low and anterior hyoid bone which is why we didn’t address the neck. However, she underwent a subSMAS cheek lift in the office under local anesthesia. In the after photos you can see how much more rejuvenated her jawline is. The heaviness she had in her jowls is now gone and a more youthful contour restored.
