This patient in her mid 60s was bothered by the length of her right earlobe. She felt with age it had started to droop, become thinner, and lengthen. She was also bothered how her earrings would sit in her earlobe. She underwent an earlobe reduction procedure in the office under local anesthetic. You can see in the after photo how the earlobe is no longer droop and how it is more full as well. Following this procedure,we are able to pierce her ears 5 weeks later and she can wear earrings again
