This patient in her late 50s was bothered by her neck, jowls, and heavy brows. Dr. Guy performed a deep plane cheek and neck lift with liposuction of the lateral neck, removal of post platysmal fat, and a platysmaplasty. Additionally, he performed an endoscopic brow lift with small incisions within the hairline. In the after photos taken 8 months post operatively you can see how great her eye area looks. The downturned corners of the brow are up leaving a more approachable and happy appearance. Looking at the eye area you can see how much more open her eyes appear, even though an eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) was not performed. That improvement is a result of her endoscopic brow lift.
