This patient in her early 60s was wanting full face rejuvenation. She wanted to look on the outside how great she felt on the inside. Dr. Guy performed a traditional cheek and neck lift, endoscopic brow lift, upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), lower blepharoplasty, and platysmaplasty with removal of post platysmal fat. In the after photos, taken 4 months post operatively you can see how all of this came together to create a much more youthful appearance. Her jowls are gone. Her neck line is crisp.
