This patient in her later 50s was bothered by her eyelids. The skin on the outside was really weighing her eyelids down creating a sad appearance.  She underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty to remove the fat and excess skin.  In the after photo, you can see a much more refreshed and well-rested, natural result.
