This female in her 60s was bothered by her upper and lower eyelids. She had severe hooding of her eyes and the lower eyelids had festoons.  As a result, she would notice that towards the end of the day she could barely keep her eyes open.  She also felt she couldn’t drive for extended periods as her eyelids would start to want to close.  Since surgery, she feels new energy and no longer tired at the end of the day.  You can also see her festoons are gone and her eyes look more awake.
