This African American female in her 60s was bothered by the tired look of her lower eyelids. She underwent a lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) via a subtarsal approach to remove the “fat bags” as well as tighten the skin.  In her after photo, she is 4 months out from surgery and loving her natural and refreshed result.
