This gentleman in his 60s was bothered by the heavy eyelids and eye bags. He felt they gave him a tired and angry appearance.  We performed an upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty).  You can see in the after photos how his eyes look more open yet still masculine.  His fat bags are gone and he appears to be more awake and back to his kind self.
