Description

This patient in her 60s was bothered by her upper eyelids. She underwent an upper blepharoplasty in the office under local anesthesia. The surgery took about 20 minutes with almost no downtime. In the after photos you can see her eyelid whereas in the before photo the lids rested directly on the eyelashes. A temporal brow lift was also discussed to help raise the outer corners and open her eyes up more, but she was not interested at that time.
